Rotary Exposing Machine in Textile Printing

What is Rotary Exposing Machine in Textile Printing?
Rotary exposing machines ka kaam kaise hota hai? Ye machines fabric ko print karne se pehle expose karte hain, jisse design accurately fabric par aata hai. Is process mein kai components kaam karte hain, jaise ke light sources, exposure tables, aur control systems.

Vertical Drying Range Machine in Textiles

Vertical Drying Range (VDR) machine textile industry mein ek important role play karta hai. Ye machines specially designed hoti hain to dry fabrics in a vertical orientation. Fabrics ko vertically hang karke, ye machines drying process ko efficient aur effective banati hain. Vertical drying method se fabrics evenly dry hoti hain aur unki quality bhi maintain hoti hai.

The Printing Process in Textiles

What is Textile Printing?
Textile printing is the process of applying color to fabric in definite patterns or designs. In properly printed fabrics, the color is bonded with the fiber, so as to resist washing and friction. Textile printing encompasses various methods, including screen printing, digital printing, and transfer printing, each with its unique processes and applications.

Jumbo Jigger Dyeing Machine in Textiles

A Jumbo Jigger dyeing machine is a specialized equipment used in the textile industry for dyeing fabrics, particularly woven fabrics. It operates by moving the fabric back and forth through a dye bath, allowing for consistent and uniform color application. The machine’s design facilitates high-pressure dyeing, which ensures deep penetration of dyes into the fibers.

Jet Machine in Textiles

A jet machine is a type of dyeing equipment that uses high-velocity jets of dye liquor to process fabrics. The primary advantage of jet dyeing machines is their ability to handle delicate and sensitive fabrics without causing damage, making them ideal for a wide range of textile materials.

Jigger Dyeing Machines in Textile

What is Jigger Dyeing?
Jigger dyeing is a textile dyeing technique that involves the continuous processing of fabric in open-width form on specialized machines called jiggers. This method allows for precise control over dye application and facilitates uniform coloration of textiles.

What is Mercerization Process in Textile

Mercerization is a textile process that involves treating cotton or other cellulosic fibers with a concentrated solution of sodium hydroxide (caustic soda).
This treatment improves the fabric’s ability to take on colour and improve its overall appearance and texture.

Mercerization process
(1) fabric is passed through a padding mangle containing the NaOH caustic soda solution for 2-3 min with tension.
(2) Then the padded fabric is squeezed with a squeezing roller.
(3) Then the fabric is washed with hot water at 70°C in proper tension.
(4) Then the fabric is washed with cold water two times and remove caustic from fabric so add acetic acid.

Bleaching in Textile Processing

WHAT IS BLEACHING PROCESS
In the textile bleaching process,
fabrics undergo treatment with chemical agents like hydrogen peroxide and other chemical to remove natural colour, impurities, or stains. This enhances the fabric’s whiteness and prepares it for dyeing or further finishing.
The bleaching process can be crucial for achieving consistent colour and quality in the final textile product.
